Get some pork on your fork.

For two.

  • 1/4 cup char siu sauce
  • 1/4 cup kecap manis
  • 500g pork fillet, sliced
  • 250g dried rice stick noodles
  • 2 bunch choy sum, rough chopped
  • Fried shallots

2 tablespoons char siu sauce and 1 tablespoon kecap manis in bowl with pork. Fridge for 1hr hour.
Noodles covered with boiling water, stand 10 mins ‘till tender. Fork to separate, then drain, rinse cold, drain.
Wok medium-high. Peanut oil. Cook pork two batches 1 min until lightly browned then in a bowl.
Return all pork to wok. 1 min. Add choy sum. 1 min. Add noodles and remaining sauces. 2 mins or until noodles are heated through. Finish with fried shallots.
